The W.Granowski Pty Ltd airless Rotary Table Blast Machine is perfect for batches of product of different shapes and sizes, or for delicate components that are unsuitable for the Tumble Blast or Rotary Barrel machines. The components are placed onto the blast table which then rotates beneath the abrasive blast stream, achieving a consistently even surface finish to the product.
Once the components are placed on the rotary table, the table can be automatically rotated whist the doors are open, which enables the operator to maximise on all available table space. The rotation of the table ensures all components receive even exposure to the blast stream of abrasive. Depending on the size of the machine there may be more than one blast wheel unit.
For larger components, a manually controlled roll in - roll out table can be incorporated. In the case of heavy components, a clamshell door style machine provides direct access to load the table with a fork lift or overhead crane. The W.Granowski Roll In - Roll Out Rotary Table blast cleaning machine allows large or multiple components to be placed on the table, which is mounted on rails, outside of the machine. The loaded table is then pushed manually or by forklift into the blast chamber for cleaning.
