| Plate and Section Cleaner |
The W.Granowski Pty Ltd Plate and Section Cleaner is part of our airless blast cleaning range of machines. It is best used for removal of corrosion or other undesirable imperfections prior to applying a painted, powder, galvanized or other protective finish coating to metal sheet, pipes or structural steel beams.
The Plate and Section Cleaner, depending on the desired means of material handling, utilises a roller conveyor for horizontal materials, or a winched trolley system for vertical materials to move the product through the machine continuously. In the instance of horizontal applications with the continual nature of the component transportation, the Granowski machine incorporates a rotary brush and air blow off system at the exit outlet of the blast chamber. This system removes the remaining abrasive from the product surface and reduces loss of abrasive outside the machine. In the instance of a vertical application, this is unnecessary.
To provide optimum cleaning of your product, the Plate and Section Cleaner may have several blast wheels, depending upon the size and shape of the component to be cleaned. |
