| Air Blast Cabinet |
A range of standard suction and pressure Air Blast Cabinets are manufactured by W.Granowski Pty Ltd to cater for a wide range of products. These cabinets are supplied complete with a dust collector and all necessary equipment to enable you to commence blasting shortly after delivery.
The Granowski air blast cabinet is available in a range of standard internal cabinet sizes:
- 915x915 mm (36x36 inches)
- 915x1220 mm (36x48 inches)
- 1220x1220 mm (48x48 inches)
- 1220x1524 mm (48x60 inches)
The Granowski Air Blast Cabinet is manually operated and easy to use. The operator blasts the component to be cleaned by means of a hand held internal blast gun, utilising the replaceable blast gauntlets which are integral to the cabinet. This allows the operator flexibility and control. Alternative configurations are available, such as fixed guns and rotating tables on which the component is placed. Special turntables can be provided for heavy loads and a track and trolley loading system can be incorporated for ease of loading. |
| Wetblast Cabinet |
The Granowski Wetblast Cabinet provides a highly effective way for removing oil, grease, paint, carbon and other contaminants during manufacture. It also has application in non-destructive testing and reconditioning of components for a wide range of industry applications. Compatibility with a variety of abrasive media provides a versatility of application including peening, blast cleaning, light de-burring and polishing. A variety of desired finishes can be attained by varying media and the control of air pressures.
The Wetblast process is dust free, eliminating airborne dust contamination of the workplace. After connection to mains water, compressed air and electrical power, the machine is safely and easily operated with a minimum of operator training required. Manufactured in stainless steel, with an internal cabinet size of 915x915 mm (36x36 inches), the Granowski Wetblast Cabinet will withstand many years of heavy use. |

| Where air blasting techniques suit industrial or high volume production, W. Granowski Pty Ltd has the in-house resources to design the entire installation, thereby ensuring your application requirements are met.
